In 2011, Studnick & Associates, LLC was formed as the successor to the certified public accounting firm of Mills & Studnick, LLP, CPAs. The practice is dedicated to providing quality tax and accounting services to individuals and businesses.

Michael R. Studnick, CPA- Mick graduated from William Paterson University. He has worked in the field of public accounting since 1996, and is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.

In 1999, Mick and his wife Jessica settled in Jefferson Township. In 2003, their first child, Michael, was born; in 2004, Jacob and Tindara, twins, arrived; and Lucas was born in 2008. Mick is actively involved in several community organizations and is currently serving as the treasurer for the West Milford Golf League.

Thomas Mills, CPA- Tom graduated from Seton Hall University and began his professional career in 1971. He has been an active member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, serving as the president of the Morris/Sussex/Warren chapter; trustee and vice president of the NJSCPA; and chairman of several state level committees, including the Personal Financial Planning Committee.

Tom and his wife Kathy have lived in Jefferson Township since 1972. They raised three children; Brian, who lives in Merritt Island, Florida, with his wife, Robyn, and their three children, Carrie and twins Adam and Becca; Steve, who lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, with his wife, Kristen, and their three daughters, Ellie and twins Anna and Emily; and Debbie, who lives in Hoboken, New Jersey.

Staci Vassallo, CPA- Staci graduated from Pace University in 1997 and earned her CPA certificate in 1999. She is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and has extensive experience working with small business clients.

Staci and her husband Don moved to Jefferson Township in 2001. They have a daughter, Nicole, who was born in 1999, and a son, Brian, who was born in 2002.

Lisa Borbely, CPA-Lisa majored in accounting and finance at Ramapo College in NJ where she graduated in 1989.  She then began her career in public accounting.

After several years in public accounting she left for a position as controller of a company.  Five years ago she returned to public accounting.  Lisa is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Lisa moved to Jefferson in 1997 with her husband Andrew.  Her twins Casey and Drew were born in 1999.
